The electrification program of the national government through the Department of Energy (DOE) and National Electrification Administration (NEA) has gone a long way since the organization of the electric cooperatives in the country. It energized the entire Philippines archipelago, spanning from Aparri to Jolo covering far-flung municipalities, barangays and even remote sitios.

These Electrification programs have produced significant economic impact to the society by creating business and employment opportunities which contributed to poverty alleviation especially in rural areas. These have significantly weighed in rural development, particularly in infrastructure, industries, education, and medical facilities.

CASURECO IV also actively participates in Task Force-Power Restoration Rapid Deployment (TF-PRRD) with other cooperatives around the nation should storms hit other sister cooperatives to speed up power restoration.
